replacing channel balances

Hi. I am selling my home and do not need to replace the entire window, I just need 4 new channel balances. The original ones are marked 27D. I am pretty sure the replacement is 28" Series 390 Channel Balance but am not sure what weight option I need.

If your stamp reads 27D, we often recommend the 2740 option. You may want to weigh your window sash and compare it to the list of options and weights we show under the S390-28 just to make sure that's correct, though.
