replacing insulation ribbon in storm windows

A handy person from North Carolina says:
The ribbons are 25+ years old and very worn. The width is 3/16". The best preserved ribbon is 5/32" high. Running down the base of the ribbon are two parallel dashed lines. The base is white. The fuzz is gray. I cannot find any marks on the frames.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Are you talking about wool pile? I can't be certain, but if the size of the base is 3/16" and the height is roughly 5/32", see our 58-001, 58-127, 58-002, or 58-198 to start. Compare those cross-section dimensions to see if any of these seem right. If not, please confirm your dimensions and get back to me.
