replacing latch and slider

Question

I just purchased a new home and most of the windows latches and sliders are broken. I attached 3 pictures for your review. I have no idea of the windows brand but I found in a drawing the labels "HR 35 radial top" and "HR 27" that bring to Atrium.

Could you please help find the replacing parts?

Hi there, Eric. Have a look at our 26-431P combo tilt sash lock set and compare it with your part. Confirm that everything matches up with one another.
