replacing parts in Certainteed tilt windows

A home owner from LA says:

I need to replace both mechanisms for my tilt windows. The part on the window was sort of "L" shaped and the part within the casement is also need replacement.

Both sides of the window need replacement.

Pictures (of what is left) are attached. I cannot determine what parts are required. Your item 26-353 (Certain Teed Slash Pivot Bar looks like possible good fit) and for the pivot lock shoe, your item 15-192 (Certain Teed Pivot Shoe looks like a possible fit).

Also I would need the expanders to put in the parts.

Your recommendations for other parts would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Noel

Emily from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Noel!

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot bar and pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We carry many different kinds of hardware and that will help us narrow down some options.

Thank you!
