replacing sliding mirror door roller

Though I remove the screw, I can't seem to get the roller mechanism out!. It seems "sandwiched" in the frame.
How do I get it out? My roller looks like item # 23-198

Good Morning,

It seems you most likely will have to remove the bottom rail, then you should be able to remove the roller. Be careful with this process, as some doors require you to remove the side rails first.
