replacing some balances

Question

I am looking to replace balances in two windows that are in the pictures.  I never saw ones like these. I was not able to get a name, or manufacturer. looking for some help!!

We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
