replacing spring guide

If the sash guide is broke and all the way up how do i get the window up. Seems to be caught on something. can't lift it up at all

If the top sash guide is broken, take a look at the video below to help you remove the original hardware. We'll also need to see photos of undamaged parts uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
