replacing spring locks

I had asked about replacements, in early July (case # 17425), and received a reply, from Tom .... instructing me to take photos of the broken part. I tried to send them today, but my e-mail was rejected, as addressee unknown. I have enclosed my 4 photos, below. I await your reply .... on my next step. Thank You, Bob

Thanks for posting! This latch appears similar to our 26-243 & 26-244 tilt window latches, but it's hard to tell without being able to see its "tooth." What do you think? Please compare them to your own hardware and let me know!

I would also recommend that you check out our SWISCO product codes 26-390 and 26-391, which are slimmer. Looking at your photos, I wasn't able to get a sense of your latch's depth, so I think it's a good idea that you look at these as well.

Hello Donna, and Tom; Thanks for your prompt input, and time ... to help me find a replacement "doo-hickey", for my window. At the price of each part, I'll just order one of each, and see which one is the better fit. The other windows all have the 45 degree tip, on the springblade. Thanks again, and I'll let you know, how I make out, with this repair. Just curious as to where you are located. I'm always amazed on how you can place an order in Texas, then it's shipped from Washington (State), and you receive it, in two days, in NJ. Thanks again, for your help, sincerely, Bob
