It is for a 15lb. sash and is stamped with the #7. The width of the copper coil is 1/2in.

This looks like an older version of our 15-180 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Review our dimensions to see if this matches up to your original assembly.

If your coil spring has a #7 stamp, see the S190-740 7 pound coil balance spring.
