Tom from SWISCO responded:

We can replace the channel balance for you, but I'm afraid we cannot replace the white vinyl cover. The balances will also have to be specially made. I will email you an order link and price quote for 2 right now. If you'd like more, please let me know here and I'd be happy to change it.

A home owner from New Hampshire says:

These two balances will be fine but I will need two pivot shoes as well. Can you add that to the other items and I will order these.

Thanks,

Chris

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Sure, that looks like our 15-208. Look it over and see what you think.

A quick learner from New Hampshire says:
I received the two new window channel balances and pivot shoes and replaced them. My problem is that the window is still not balanced by the new balances. The sash , although attached to the new channels and the pivot shoes drops quickly with a dangerous thud to the bottom when I try to keep it open. Am I missing something?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Can you tell me the weight of your sash? We based the spring strength on the stamp you gave us, 2520, which carries a sash weight of 9 through 15 pounds.
