replacment of window balance

Question

I have Bonneville double hung wood windows where the top window balance string has broke so instead of opening the window in the traditional way (bottom window up) I lower the top window down. I would like to replace the balances on the top windows and they are Bonneville with a stamp on the metal balance stating 03/5 unique 28-E-50. Do you have anything that would work for them? Thanks
