Part Number: 24-3 AH5 CMC 54, attached is a photo picture of part.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The balances you have pictured here will need to be custom assemblies since they a staple-like bracket installed into the shoe. That said, I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these balances; there is a quantity minimum of (2) for custom assemblies.
