replavce Andersen sash balances - late 1980s window

Need to replace sash balances on Andersen window. i think it is late-1980s.

The most prominent number on it is 11600 - 17. But other posts tell me that number is irrelevant.

Then the number in the photo is, as best I can read it: BE17 9#27 2-87.

Pls advise.

The 9#27 stamp on your part indicates that you'll need the 24-939 Andersen sash balance for your repair. Take a look and thanks for posting.
