repubic window replacement parts

hello, i have double hung republic window that has a broken pivot shoe republic has gone out of business and window concept which installed them refuses to make repair without hundreds of dollars charge so after looking at the issue it is a relitively easy repair my question is i believe i have a 27 '' red tip 0900 and i think the broken shoe is about the same as 15-045 any help would be appreciated i'm trying to avoid ordering several shoes if i can help it thanks
