request assistance with 29" balance

I have a Acorn lift window 2. It opens but will not stay open. Please see attached photo. Do you have this item available?

Looks like you have a spiral balance. Is this a tilt window? Can you also confirm the diameter of the tube? I think it's probably 5/8" or 9/16" in diameter, which would make it our S600-29 spiral balance for tilt windows. Check out the video below to determine how they work.
