reversing part#82-036

Question

Can you flip this part upside down and still have the locking mechanism work properly. My existing handle is turned toward the glass not the jamb as yours shows. I have attached a picture of my handle. If yours can not be flipped do you have one that will work?

Thanks for posting! Yes, the 82-036 can be reversed. You would simply flip the handle to face the other way. Keep in mind, however, that you will also need to flip the keeper, as the latch hooks will be facing a different direction once the handle is flipped.
