right casement window stud broke off

A quick learner from Sherman Oaks, CA 91423 says:

I believe my bronze, right 20 wide x 44 tall casement window is a Superior Window Products. It was installed in 1997. I believe that Superior Windows was acquired by Atrium Windows (aka Hr Windows) in Texas The riveted stud broke off from the stud bracket. The crank assembly works fine.

I would appreciate your suggestion as to how I can fix this situation. Thank you.

Hello,

This looks like an older version of the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued a lot of the hardware associated with these operators over the years, including the arms, stud brackets and crank handles; soon even the operators themselves will no longer be around. I apologize for any inconvenience.
