right hand awning window operator

A home owner from Miami, FL says:
The hole in the link is 3/8 in. The number 72 is stamped into the link. The number 91 is stamped into the rivet that holds the link. The inside bottom of the case is stamped with the number 31.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm afraid I couldn't find an operator that matches your specifications exactly. The main issue has been the top to bottom hole spacing. Yours is listed as 5-1/8", but the closest operators I could find all come in at 5-1/4".

The link arm size is also different for every example I could find, but you got some play when it comes to link arms so I don't think that'll matter so much. What's more important is the diameter of the hole at the end of it.

Start by looking at our 39-012, 39-194, or 39-378 and see if you could possibly use any of these as a replacement.

Hi Tom
I did order a (39-194). I ordered it from my wife's account so I could use her paypal. It has been delivered and it does work. Thank you very much.
