Took 8 pictures, can send only 5 as requested. When you stand inside in room as video, right hand balancer got broken white string, came a part. We pulled out the left hand to take for you pictures to ID. Descriptions in the attachment under pict. Name of files.

Thanks for posting. Your balances appear to be either our S380-27 or our S385-27 with a 2660 stamp. To confirm which balance you have, you'll need to compare the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. If it is different from 1" or 1-3/32", let me know.
