right hand crank for louver window

Question

It says Truth. I think the number is 20810 but I am only sure about the first 3 digits.
I can open the window but when I go to close it, the mechanism that connects with the gears begin to unscrew out of its casement. I don't know if I just need part of this or all of it (?)
Or maybe there is a way to fix it?
While I am not handy, my son-in-law is. He is an airplane mechanic. So if there is a fix, let me know. Thank you, Mary

If the worm gear that the handle installs on is stripped, you'll need to replace the entire operator. Start by carefully comparing the dimensions of our 39-031 and 39-032 operators to yours and see if they might be a match. Thank you!
