rod for windows

The balance rod has 2900-bsi-77-2647 stamped on it. Can you please tell me if you can match this rod? We need multiple windows repaired. ASAP

I ordered the 29" 770 balance option 29C . It is a 3-0/5-0 window. is option 29C going to be the best option?

That would depend on the weight of the sash. Two S770-29 balances with a 29C option can carry a window sash weight of 18 through 23 pounds. Does your sash weight fall in that range? If so, I think you'll be okay.
