roller assembly for sliding glass door

Question

Have found several things similar to this in my searching online - but the notch along the top doesn't match up to anything. Also, not sure if the flared ends are normal for the assembly or if I somehow bent the assembly trying to pry it out of the door. Del Mar and Long Beach Cal. are imprinted on the other side but I cannot make out the patent number. Thanks for any help you can give. I'll need a total of 4 (2 pair) if you can identify and have in stock.
