roller for 1969 sliding window

This is from original windows in Larwin Groups' Spacemaker II home. I can't find any info re: company that installed windows. I'm getting home ready to sell--dont want to replace windows but would like to make sure the operate properly open and close and all windows need new rollers. Thanks for any suggestions you have.

Thanks for your post! Your window roller looks like it can be replaced with the 87-020 Sliding Window Roller. To determine if this is the correct match, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
You'll need to hold onto the original screws for the installation.
