Your top roller is very similar to the 23-196 Bypass Top Roller Assembly. Although, it appears to be missing its wheel.

To confirm that this is the right replacement, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them. Be sure to compare the wheel diameter on one of the other rollers to determine if it is the right size.
