roller pops out of guide

I have a window that the bottom roller comes out of the guide when you open the window then try to close. I also need window crank covers and handle for this window.

Any chance you know the brand of window or hardware??

We do not have a record of the manufacturer of these parts. If you haven't already, I would recommend checking the window frame for a manufacturer sticker so that you can try reaching out to them directly.
