roller removal help

Question

I have removed the retainer screws for my series 2000 PGT sliding glass door, but cannot get the roller out of the door. I can't tell what is holding it in due to the felt.  Any suggestions.

Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Take a look at the video below on how to replace a patio glass door roller. I'm not sure which roller you will need, but the video will hopefully help you remove it from the door.
