The rolling wheel in this unit is 1-1/4" diameter, concave (designed to run on a rail) steel with steel ball bearings. The overall length of the unit is 2-3/8". The adjustable component that carries the wheel is 1-3/4" long, 3/4" wide. The housing within which the adjustable component sits is 1-1/4", 7/8" wide. There is a 3/8" wide, 3/16" inch tall tab on each side of the housing, 1/2" back from the non-wheel end of the housing.

I'm afraid that I could not find a roller housing identical to the one you show in your photo. One possible solution could be to just replace the wheel with something like our 81-266 kit. Could that work for you?

This is to Dave at SWISCO:
As per your suggestion I bought the 81-226 kit and installed new wheels in both roller assemblies for the door. It was a miraculous transformation! Now I have to be careful sliding the door or it will go too far.
Thanks very much for your suggestion.
