rollers for sliding windows

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement rollers needed for your sliding window. Although, I'll need to see a photo of the roller removed from the window to confirm. 

I'll need to see a photo of the top and side of the roller. You'll also need to confirm the dimensions of it as well.

I cannot make any guarantees that we have a replacement, or at the very least an exact replacement, however I am happy to take a look!
