This looks somewhat like our 10-153. Could this work for you? The only thing I'm not sure about is glass thickness. The 10-153 is made for 3/16" thick glass. Could you double check?

the glass is definitely 3/8" thick.

Thanks for clarifying! I'm afraid we do not have a version of the 10-153 for that size glass. Could you just replace the wheel by itself? If so, our 10-141 may work.
