Please see part number on window for replacement parts for window in a home that won't stay open. Any help would be great

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an undamaged window balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Make sure to include both ends and the fitting at the end fo the pulley cord. Lastly, we'll need to confirm the exact length of the metal channel.
