its roto casement operator and would like to know if parts code 39-092 a good part to replace the original parts as in the pictures above, thank you so much!

if the part code 39-092 is the part we need to replace the original (about 20 years ago) what else do we need to order! Really appreciate your help! Susan

Yes, the 39-092 is the modern replacement of the operator base shown here. We also sell the 39-224 handle. However, please note that the link arm that connects to the sash is discontinued and is no longer available. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
