Question

Hello - we installed Milgard casement windows about 18 years ago throughout the house.  Over time the rubber foot that connects the crank to the hinge mechanism has become worn out, and now the handles pop off.  Can this part be replaced? Otherwise windows work great.  Thanks!

Take a look at the 39-224. This handle has a 5/16" hex gear bore for use with the 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs.
