rusted Traco window pivot bar

Question

I have vinyl Traco windows about 25 years ago. A few of the bottom sash pivot bars are rusted and a few are broken off in the shoe. The end of the shoe is a 3-sided square channel. I appreciate the help.

Hi, Carl. I'm afraid I can't make out what you have from this photo. I recommend removing one of the pivot bars that isn't rusted or damaged and uploading a photo of the part by itself.
