same part, different price?

What is the difference other than the cost and whether left or right part between Product Code 38-058L and Product Code 38-091????
They look identical to me, but there's a big difference in price.

The 38-091 is a genuine Truth product, while the 38-058L is a similar generic version. They both should work the same.
