sash balance

I am looking for anderson sash balances, but cannot match the stamped numbers to the ones on your website. There are 10 stamped BL6 10#31 10-84, and 2 stamped D97 8#31 2-84. On the other side, they all have the number 11600-17. These are all the string/spring type balances intalled in the head jam.
