I'm afraid the etching on the glass doesn't tell me anything about the hardware used in the window. Given that this is an Andersen brand window, I'll need you to remove the balance in question and show me a clear photo of it. I specifically need to see each and every stamp printed on the metal box so that I can determine the proper identification code. Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
