Window balance 29 9 EX CMC 2

Question

I need 2 single hung sash style window blanaces that will fit. The number printed on the balance is 29 9 EX CMC 2, and I can't seem to find a match. The metal part of the balance is about 30". If you have a replacement part I would like to order these for overnight shipping.
I am a Realtor/Handy man/contractor from CA.

Thanks for sending us your question and photos. It looks like you need either the series 380 or Series 385 balances. The difference lies in the shoe. The series 385 balance has 15-004 shoe which is 1 3/32" deep from front to back. Series 380 has the 15-005 shoe which is 1" deep. If you measure your shoe you should be able to determine which one you need. The weight stamp is concerning me. 2990 is not something we carry, but it can be custom made. To be sure, I'm going to need you to get the sash out of the window and weigh it. Please confirm the sash weight and let me know how many you need, and I'll prepare a custom balance order form for you.
