sash balance ID

A quick learner from FL says:

Looks like I have Kinco windows, I figured out I need the sash guides, but I need balance's too. I have included some pics. I couldn't find a stamp on it for the lb of pull.. they are 30" long. Can you ID it? Thanks!

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Yes, I already got that, the question is after it's a S380, there is a question to determine the lb of pull to choose, there is no stamping on it but some numbers in the photo, can you determine the lb of pull for these???? Thanks

I'm sorry for misunderstanding. Since your old stamp reads 29-4, you can use our 2940 option. If you have any doubts you can always weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart we show on the S380-30 store page.
