Question

sash is 1-3/8" wide, channel in middle is 5/8" wide, 3/16" deep

sash balance is plastic, 3-3/8", center flat section is 1-1/4" wide

Thanks for posting! I'm sorry to say that I'm not familiar with the BROSCO brand. Therefore, I won't be able to identify the hardware you need based on the brand and the measurements alone.

I'll need to see photos of the hardware removed from the window to make an accurate replacement recommendation.
