sash balance for window

the sash balance is 1/2 inch wide and has the following inscription
27 3 EW CMC 10

One is broken but I learned that I would need to replace both. What part should I order?

Thanks for reaching out to us! I recommend our S395-28 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom (1-1/8" deep), so as long as these match up then you should be good to go. I'd also recommend the 2730 option, when prompted.
