Window Balance 2630U

Question

I want to be sure I order the correct sash. The window is an Empire Pacific window, circa 1992. The sash is 1/2-inch wide and looks to me like at S351 shown on your website. The marking on the sash is: 2630U and the length of the metal part is 27 inches. Thanks for your help.

Hey, Tom. This does look like our Series 351 balance, but it looks like our Series 390 as well. I can't be sure which is better. The only difference between them is the bottom shoe, which is the part in your first picture. You will need to carefully go over our information to confirm the better match.
