Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances needed for your window but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the top and bottom attachments. I am looking to see a photo of the hook on the, from a profile view as well as a photo of the top attachment.

The stamp from the balance is only used to determine the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

Thanks for the photos! Given the staple-like clip built into the shoe, your balances will need to be a custom made assembly. The good news is, we are able to supply you with the replacements.

I've forwarded a link with a quote for (2) of these custom assemblies; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Please let me know if you would like higher quantity of balances and I'll be happy to adjust the quote for you.
