This shash bar fits into lower sash window frame... it is square, metal 13/16 long, square barrel 6/16, head diameter 6/16

Start by looking at our 26-226 and 23-352 pivot bars. One of these may work, but I'm not sure. If neither can work, can you show me a picture of one that isn't damaged?
