Hello! Looks like you need a new top sash guide. We carry a wide selection, which you can see here, but I'm afraid your original is too damaged for me to make a specific recommendation.

Would it be possible to see one that's in undamaged condition? I specifically need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot. That will be a huge help, thank you!

Thanks again for waiting! The closest match we were able to find was our 18-009. This appears to be the right design and size compared to your original, but with one key difference: the top "cap" doesn't reach back as far as yours.

I tried hard to find you something that matches that profile, but I had no luck. The good news is that this is an aesthetic consideration and it won't affect the function of the guide itself. It'll still do its job, it just won't look as nice when installed.

Otherwise I think the 18-009 is going to be our best bet. Just make sure to review our dimensions first to ensure everything else matches, other than the sizes you already listed. It is made in black.
