Windows were installed in 1995 new construction. I understand the company went out of business when the standards changed. I can't find a manufacturer name. The latch seems to say "Western Products" but that could just be the latch. Several of ,y sash cams are broken, usually when the channel balance sticks and then shoots up and breaks it off.

Take a look at the 18-009 top sash guide. Other Western Product customers have used these as replacements, but the specifications below would be the determining factor. I'd suggest double checking your measurements to see if this might work for your repair.
