Hello! Thanks for contacting us. Your top sash guide appears to be a match for our 18-174. I think this may be what you need, but you can review our dimensions below to verify.

Unfortunately, this part is currently only made in black; the white finished is discontinued. I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.

Thank you! Is there an alternative for this part that comes in white, or do you have a suggestion for what we can use for a replacement?

There is no alternative that I know of, unfortunately. This top sash guide has a fairly unique design and at this stage it is the only part we carry that would work for your window.
