The broken part shown in your photos resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe, which is designed to be used with the Series 190 coil springs. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. Thanks for posting!

There should be a number stamped at the base of your coil spring, which you'll need to choose the correct strength option for the S190. Pricing for each part can be found directly on our product pages.
