sash clip

Question

I can't find any identifying marks on the windows. These are single hung/ wood windows that might be replacement windows.  The balance is a simple spring with a block on the bottom.  The sash has a round spring loaded "clip" that engages just above the block on the spring.  The clip tip is broken off. Do you have any idea where I can buy replacements?

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the clip you are searching for. However, I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware to determine the correct replacement. Unfortunately, I am unable to determine exactly which clip you need based on the description of the window.
