sash clip and balancer

Question

I have a nuair window that need a set of sash clips and balancers. the number on the balancer is a B 2830. I will attach picture with my sash clip and balancer ends. Im having trouble sending my picture though your site. Am I doing something wrong? Should I try to send then as a smaller file
