do you have a replacement lock for thus patio door hardware? the screws that attach the lock onto the plate are 3.75" apart.

This looks a lot like our 82-223 mortise lock. Since we can't see the front, make sure to compare the style and dimensions to be sure that this will work for you. Thank you!

82-218 is the better choice.
The face of the original has rounded corners. The rounded lock will work for rounded or squared slots. The rectangular faced lock would require the slot to be filed square, which is do-able, but not the best choice.
I don't even stock the square corner locks. I've never needed one. And save $5+
